This mod is a single player (possibly multiplayer) based during the events between Half-Life 1 and 2. It will show the events before the war, during, and after the war through they eyes of a cop named Robert Dean (his name may change). It starts out during the night when he is on call for a domestic. An old lady next door tells her story about how she heard screaming in the house next door. The hero goes to check it out and sees that the house has been infested by headcrabs and the inhabitants zombiefied. Outside of the house you hear the car honking rapidly, as you go check what is happening, you see your partner die and the car destroyed. In the meantime, pretty much the whole city has dialed 9-1-1 about the aliens invading. You hear orders on the police radio to report back to the police station and await further orders.
