While I am an incredibly huge fan of of Sengoku Jidai-based games, please do not do what Gekokujo did and skimp on the armor designs. While there was a lot in the way of standardization, kabuto designs differed greatly between particular regions.
Also, please include the Kingdom of Ryukyu and the Kingdom of Korea. Ryukyu was attributed to a lot of piracy in that age, and Korea was very important to the later stages of the Warring States period as Sekigahara itself wouldn't have happened if Hideyoshi hadn't invaded Korea and lost the way he did.
EDIT: Lastly, please start the game in 1467 with the Onin War. That's technically when the Sengoku Jidai started.
I think 1467 is too early cuz famous Daimyos weren't born in that period. For example, Oda Toshisada(Oda nobunaga's great grandfather) was born in 1452.
I don't know how much is planned for this mod but it'd be really cool/wonderful if you use the fact that bannerlord has support for boardgames now to try and add Go to it. Might be wishful thinking but have always wanted someone to add historical games to M&B

Why not? You can play boardgames already in base game with the different kingdoms, why not have Go in ancient Japan?
