It is already so awesome :D I think i'll patiently wait for the beta and then suggest anything.... but there is one thing xD If you would do a special troop tree for the ones you making or even let the player customize it, the militia have like 3 points to put in and the knight 18 points for examplte? :) And then you can recruit them in your villages xD
I'm thinking for your own kingdom now xD
