From the Founding of Pendor - the year is 354 A King has not ruled the shattered land of Pendor for many generations. What was once a proud accomplishment of man now is steeped in the myths of folklore and told as children’s bedtime stories. Yet, the legends live on of a prophesy of hope. A tale of a champion who comes from a distant shore and unites the lords of Pendor under a single Ruler and brings peace and prosperity once again to this ravaged war-torn land. All is not as it seems as there are many powers who have their own ends in mind and an epic struggle is about to unfold. Strap on your sword, and buckle your imagination. Prepare to enter the world of Pendor and accept the challenge of the Prophesy - if you dare.
"I am familiar with this story, the Gairbolt Massacre. At the end of the old tale tells of the vanquishing of the royal Griffon Knights still loyal to the old Pendorian Monarchy.
If it is true or not, I do not know, it was considered Sarleon propaganda at that age... So where is the book? I'd like to inspect it's contents for authenticity and archival reasons of course!"
The Griffon Knights will be avenged...
You guys are so great with your world building. As always, I'm excited to see what you do in the next patch.
The Griffin Knights will return! For the Order!
IMO the only good order knights in the mod are ranged weapon knights. Griffon and others just don't ever reach their level of effectiveness.
Hear the Clarion Call!
Yep, the green guys got it goin' on.
Silvermist Rangers ftw
Too bad they randomly spawn in the first place there is a good chance they not in your game.
Meltine troops for the win! ride my Byzantine warriors go forth and destroy!
these images make me question if it's safe to start another pendor playthrough or to wait for the next update. it seems like some story/roleplay elements are going to be added to the mod which i would be quite excited for.
Play away, trust me ;)
is the gairbolt massacre somehow related to lord gairebold?
