Sandbot is a mutilplayer bot for various Half-Life engine games and mods and is based off botman's HPB Bot.
Sandbot currently supports:
- Half-Life
- Half-Life Opposing Force (Deathmatch and Capture The Flag)
- Day of Defeat (Territorial Control)
- Gunman Chronicles
- Natural Selection (Combat)
- They Hunger
Support for Team Fortress Classic and The Ship is currently in progress.

Due to popular demand Sandbot has bow been released with MetaMod support. A number of users have asked for MetaMod support and after a few false starts Sandbot now has MetaMod support thanks to The Storm of Bots United. Now Sandbot can be used in conjunction with other plugins that support MetaMod.
Sandbot should work with both MetaMod and MetaMod-P however it has been found that Gunman Chronicles support for Sandbot is broken in the original MetaMod due to it not linking all required game entities.
Other features of Sandbot v0.4 include a big increase in the number of waypoints allowed in a map to 2048 (thanks for the idea 256 colors) and the addition of a bot_count cvar that controls how many bots spawn in a server by default. This replaces the previous mapname_bot.cfg approach of autopopulating servers in Sandbot v0.3.1 which had some problems due to Natural Selection doing something unexpected. In any case, if you're looking for a quick game then you'll find your server automatically populated when you jump in.

bot difficulty setting is at 1 but they literally rush into your face with PERFECT aimbot, anything i can do to fix this?
1 is the highest setting for bots - set them to 5 for the dumbest bots with the worst accuracy.
Please, add support for Deathmatch: Classic.

Console in not working, how to drop it from inside the game ?
Start the game with the -console command line parameter.
How do i add a bot?
