Now it the students have started a game developer studio, Coffee Stain Studios, and are developing Sanctum as a standalone game using the UDK.

This video is indeed without sound and music, by intention. We were only showing off what Sanctum looks like. However, do not despair, a new full trailer is coming very shortly. It will show off things in better ways and with full sound and music.

This will be a free demo of the commercial game. And this not yet a final, bugless version.

The plan is indeed to go commercial in a bit of a longer perspective, but right now we're aiming on checking what kind of reception a free Sanctum demo would get from the player base. If we get a positive response and people ask for more, we'll make a serious attempt at going commercial.
