Not to mention rs3 asset ripping is like 100x harder outside at the time, Im unsure today but I get the feeling it kinda still is.

Perhaps only include certain areas of the map? As runescape's map is too big to fit on total wars. This would allow for more detailed strategy maps instead of the blocky ones u see on planet total war. E.g, from the wilderness down to al kharid and only on the mainland without the small islands
