Zaros was feared by all but even he could not hold on to his power forever as he was betrayed by his most powerful general, a mahjarrat called Zamorak. This brought an end to Zaros rule. It's the third age on Gielinor now... a time of total war! More info: This modification for Alexander RTW will aim to have most of the races of Gielinor known to have participated in the wars. Also I will first focus on making units and custom settlements before I try and make a campaign. Playable factions are: Zarosian Empire, Saradominist Kingdoms, Zamorakians, Guthixians, Tirannwn, Fremennik Tribes, Followers of Armadyl, Hordes of Bandos, Desert Empire.

crashes on startup
You need to have it installed for alexander, does it give any error message?
no followed the installation to the letter,it just closes a few seconds after the splashscreen shows up,all my other alexander mods work normally i have no idea what causes this
I had this issue with Avatar.. The issue can be if the vanilla-game is no longer vanilla, as in if its been modded with for example Roma Surrectum II, or it could be an issue if the vanilla game with expansions do not run properly.
Try starting Alexander and see if it runs. If not maybe re-install everything.

It's because of the CD being used.
The mod works fine with Steam, but if you use the CD it's going to crash after the splash-screen - this could be the fact that package-files come unpacked with Steam but not with the CD.
I'm not certain though. But I also crash with the CD.
