Well, despite my love for the EA design you have sold me on this one. I must admit, the EA design always did look a little cartoony. Now that I see the helmet with the rest of the armour it does look great!

Have you thought about adding a little bit of crimson somewhere on the robes? Just in reference to the original game design. It might not look good, I don't know.

That's what house color is for.

Are you changing the house colors? I loathe the 1.09/2.02 colors

House colour represents the team colour not the colour of the unit's design which is what I'm talking about. Like in the original design. Besides, I have house colours deactivated because I like my units to actually look nice instead of bright green or yellow.

Hey that's not the Witch King, that's Melkor, I mean Morgoth.

Bad *** model but nothing beats that iconic helmet. Say what you will about Peter Jackson's films, the Witch King was awesome looking.

Description

I took inspiration from John Howe's concepts for the Witch-king's armor. Did you know they built a very different suit of armor, and actually shot scenes for RotK with it? Take a look: Thelandofshadow.com

It also appeared in the wonderful RotK videogame. I wanted to pay tribute to this awesome design, and shake things up a bit: the Witch-king is unlikely to have worn the same armor for millenia.
