Caesar wasn't a god, caesar meant emperor so surely you need a god rather than the emperor?

but i think put the name temple of Mars (god of the war ).

Some emperors were concidered like gods (Ceasar, Augustus,...) but the temples dedicated to Emperors are rare. Temple of Mars sound good.
