When i use this Mod fpor my Let's Play Videos, become i then a strike on the Video? You know that?
He doesn't own the rights to the music, he simply made a mod for people to enjoy.
I would say Total war/SEGA and CREATIV ASSAMBLEY has other issue than, music sound form Rome and Medival II total war sound :D (sorry for caps there) but nice to hear and see mod like this, keep up the good work mate :)

Saddly it's not that simple. mod could get removed cause copyright. But RTW is a old game, so there "probably" won't be any problems.
Exactly Knez. You get it. It's isn't about who cares or not cares, it is about copyright issues and the law unless ya give credit to original creators then perhaps it is ok. Without giving credits to original creators, it is considered to be plagiarism and it is against the law to steal content that does not belong to an individual, especially without permissions or listing down who are the owners of it. As long as credit is given to the actual creators who made the soundtrack(Who are called Creative Assembly), then it should be ok.
