These is a 2.55 ALPHA release of the mod that was found while working. Heroes folder As the changes are interdependent you have to use all files together. Because of changes in the troops.txt file you also have to start a new game. The changes add 21 new heroes that are available in the tavern. These don't have any conversations (at least for now), using the first answer each time hires them while using the second answer doesn't. A sideeffect is that travellers and ransom brokers no longer appear in the taverns.
