Q: What type of game will Rival Playas be?
A: Rival Playas will be a multiplayer only modern street violence game with
full bot support. Rival Playas will consist of 3 teams in most cases: Street
Thugs(Gangsters), Police(all types), and Mobsters(organized crime). All
teams will have a specialized arsenal of weapons at their disposal.
The main goal for the demo will be to demonstrate the quality of project.
Q: What sort of vehicles will be in the mod?
A: There will be many different types of vehicles ranging from classics to
modern luxury and sports cars.
Q: Where can I download this game?
A: This mod hasn't been released to the public yet.
Q: When will it be released?
A: There isn't a set timeframe but we hope to have the demo done by late
december to early january.
Q: What are some of the key features we can look forward to?
A: Hydraulics, inventory weapons in vehicles(drivebys), random objective
gametypes,and specialized weaponry for each team are just a few of the
features you can expect.

A: Yes, you will need a copy of UT2004 to be able to play this modification.

Well I know I haven't updated this in quite a while but it's looking like this is the end of Rival Playas. I've been offered a job programming so I don't really have much time to do much more on this, not to mention the ut2004 community is all but dead. I may bring this mod back for ut2007 depending on interest and who I can find to help with production.

Nope, it's not. The dev team is very professional and is affiliated to great mods (Hackerz, Lawdogs and Roadkill Warriors), they know what they're doing.
But if you register at their forums and ask really, really, really, really hard they might update you better.
