It's a mod using the Doom 3 Weapon Mod by Doomero. It'll be very creepy and oh yes there will be blood. If you have Lygophobia, you shouldn't really play it.

Unfortunately I can't do it anymore, I lost interest. I also thought I'm not in the mood for doom 3 in doom 2. I may make a new mod though.
