Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Why so much big on File size?
Zero Hour in itself a nearly 1.5GB game, considering that more than 90% of that space is used for game models/textures/sounds it not very surprising for a mod like R.O.T.R. that changes almost all of that to have such a file size.
Yeah, your right not to mention they also edited all of the maps so this makes it quite a lot of big :)

I have issues downloading the MOD. Everytime I attempt to download it. The compressed file is always saying empty when I'm tryng to extract it eventhough I finish downloading it. Can you help me on this one?
