Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
One of the more recent additions to the inventory of the United States Air Force, the C-3 Trinity is cargo plane that is smaller, faster, but also lighter than the venerable C-130 Hercules. Its efficient design was used as the foundation of the EAL-3 Guardian Angel AEWCMD (Airborne Early Warning, Control and Missile Defense) variant and serves a vital role in psychological operations, where it is often used to quickly penetrate a foreign airspace to deliver propaganda leaflets with the intent of manipulating a hostile population or military in support of American combat operations.

Seriously guys, the leafdrop is the most stupid superpower in all the cnc history. What about something cool like a Delta Force commando team like the Commando Team of the ECA. It could be something like this:
- 1 Stryker IFV: armed with a machine gun and a point defense laser. It has 6 transport slots. (you can edit the WASP Hive model)
- Delta Force Rifleman (maybe 4): armed with a SOPMOD m4 (stealth while shooting). They can also plant C4 charges and what make them special is they can detected stealth!! no more stupid drones that die easily on the front line.
- Heavy Sniper (2 would be ok): armed with the M107A1 Barret like the heavy sniper from Act of War. It can kill most infantry in one shot and also deal good damage against light and medium vehicles.

Actually, the seals looks more gay to me. They only have C4 charges and they main gun is not even a military rifle. They also lack steal, or any real commando qualities.
We based the SEAL's weapon on the Vector SMG simply because we wanted something more visually unique than generic AR-15 style weapon #23672, not to mention that it fits the fact that SEALs absolutely murder infantry units. Making them stealthy would be a tad overpowered considering that they can practically destroy whole buildings by touching them.

The problem starts right there: We generally don't add powers or assets that can be easily described as 'like thing X from faction Y but...'
The leaflet drop has been in this game since the very start and it's here to stay, because it's a very useful and rather underappreciated power. Not to mention that the US/General Thorn already -have- a both a Delta Force unit and a sniper.
why just ask for stealthy arnold swachneger that can fire serious destructive power of flash RL and shooting m134 for US faction if you want those unit, that totally overpowered, like on reborn mod, with SpecOP general power i could infiltrated a base and destroy any base from within without enemies don't know what hit them, that totally unfair man

If Anything the US would use the C-130 but if you wanted a jet airliner use the 737.
