Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
A renowned hero within the Russian armed forces, Boris uses his powerful RPG-29 to burst through enemy armor with ease. When infantry comes into his sight he can easily switch to his Makarov Pistol to pick out the threat. Boris is also equipped with a laser designator to call in air strikes to soften hardened positions.

don't give him an Uzi! That would terribly un-Russian!! Give him a Skorpion. It's Czech but it'd suit him a bit more. Maybe give him a Bizon instead.

Besides he's the only RPG Hero, hes already unique and I don't know why giving him a machinegun would be any different from like Burton.
I completely agree with you, it's nice to have a Hero who isn't just a lot of bullets and instead has a certain ability or specific target. it's fair doos i guess :)
If you were going to give him a machine gun like Burton you would have no choice but to provide him with an AK-74U. However the rocket (AT-4?) is better :).

Besides no matter how many bullets Burton can fire as an RPG hit turns everything into scrap (including people).

RPG Boris works really good alongside a colonal burton, burton to own infantry and boris to kill those pesky tanks

He can get a PKM in ROTR 1.5, but it replaces the RPG-29. But it can shoot down helicopters. Long Live Boris!
I'd recommend giving an AK74SU or an AK104 for Boris.
