Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Today we would like to inform you of a new community feature: Today was the day of our first ROTR livestream hosted by the ever-helpful Hecthor Doomhammer over at Twitch.tv. We will be trying to deliver these streams on a regular basis, with each one including an exclusive peek at our current internal beta as well as commentary and information from The_Hunter himself. Will the Single Player Campaign available in new version of Rise of the Reds?
I hope it will be there because mod is like a C&C Generals shoult be. Because EA faild with 2013 crap they tried do to. At least ROTR team makes up EAs failuer :D

Right, it wouldn't make sense for us to work on campaign content now if we don't even have all the faction assets in-game yet.
