Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Remember, you need to drop conscripts too in order to man the T-64s and BDRMs.

Alternatively, drop it in combo with the VDV Airborne power and get your VDV Infantry and VDV RPG Troopers to occupy the vehicles. This does waste some powerful infantry units but given it can give you an off-the-bat armoured force of 3 BMDs, 2 T-64 Rhinos and 2 BRDM-1s and half a dozen or more infantry left over, so it's not a bad investment if you use it carefully.
Otherwise yes, you can just use Conscript Paradrop and Armour Reserves.

Thanks JB,I thought it would be useless to combine conscripts with Armored Reserve ,cause i use Conscripts to man other vehicles salvaged by power ability or vehicle ability and what it's left of them,i use them with main force for protector or gats as cannon fodder.for flanking i use VDV Troops+Bmd-4 w/Mortar upgrade and 2 Msta w/Koalition upgrade for extra fire support.Along with new power I can do much more.So one use gives 2 t-64's and 2 bdrm-1's.
this could really give me edge over flanking df's.

Just remember to eliminate enemy helicopters before you start a massive airdrop operation.

Yep, definitely the single biggest drawback to all the airdrop powers in the game is their vulnerability to air attack. Even the MDs on the US's Airborne power fall swiftly to most copters. Berkuts (or Raptors in the latter example) are easily your best bet for this job.

LOL, THAT'S THE PROBLEM I THINK ALL THE TIME WHEN I DROP AIRBORNE TROOPS. SOMETIMES IF I CAN'T MANAGE FAST ANY AA TO BATTLEFIELD, MY POOR SOLDIERS DIE LIKE COCKROACHES.
