Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Dear ROTR team, you are doing exciting and impressive things with this mod. First of all, thank you for that. Secondly I want to say something. In reality, USA and Russia have world's largest nuclear arsenal. But in original C&C ZH only China use nuke. With this mod, ECA, GLA and Russia also begin to use nuke on the battlefield. Now, ECA, Russia,China, and GLA is using nuke. (GLA use them with capturing) In this situation USA is the only faction which doesn't use nuke on the battlefield. China has nuke cannons and his SW is nuclear missile, ECA has Pandora Protocol which has Thermonuclear warhead. Russia has mırved nuclear missile called "Topol" and GLA has dirty nukes. So maybe you can add a nuclear bomber or something to USA to make the nuclear war more equal? Thank you for reading this...
The usa doesnt want to use nukes in lore plus in game, it would be redundant and/or not fitting thr already balanced usa play style of precision strikes over brute force
MOAB(mother of all bombs)is like there nuke even though its not as big as a nuke case and point it gets the job done
The US will not get any nukes in-game because such indiscriminate, splashy weapons go against the precision theme we have for them. China on the other hand was the original nuke/splash faction in Generals while Russia and the ECA only get access to nukes under special conditions, one being for a certain General and the other as part of a 'one out of three' protocol mechanic.
i want to make a cartoons and video games,most of the character does not have a name yet as i dont know how to give them a name,should i give up on finding name?
Please team ROTR, this time i.e. in the next release of the mod please make GLA a strong faction! It is very weak compared to the other factions, especially in your last version. Its not fun for us people who play the game as GLA, if the faction so weak! :(
Weak?! They aint weak, man! But if you're going to fight russian tank division with GLA tanks - it's not going to work. That is the whole idea - slutty, underhanded tactics and speed over force or technology. Fill a technician with terrorists or hijackers and see how quickly it can get to the heart of a tank division. Even if they destroy it - they're still screwed. Learn to play with the towelheads - they're just fine right now.
If only GLA had availible power, that would have really helped. Faster construction, faster building vehicles and training infantry. That will really make things better! :)
