Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Continuing with our improvement of the GLA tunnel models, the Arms Dealer now invokes the appearance of a more permanent facility thanks to its walled base and the elevator superstructure on top of it.
I like this
When did GLA got inspired by Isengard?
don't tell me there is going be General Saruman.
I too, was reminded of Isengard.
I love it.
Thats why there are no trees in the desert nowadays, they were all sacrificed on the fires of industry!
XD
Or you know, ANY OTHER mining elevator.
Sulaymaan has a mind of Salvage... and Anthrax....
Against the Power of GLA there can be no Victory!
From Isengard- Err... I mean the GLA We Doom!
We're taking the hobbits to isengard
We're taking the hobbits to isengard
We're taking the hobbits to isengard...
"the Arms Dealer now invokes the appearance of a more permanent facility"
Since when does the GLA have to be permanent? :D
Weeeeell, you don't hog all of the Congo basin by playing Attila. I mean Attila Attila, not the Rome add-on. You'll get nowhere with that thing.
...aaaaaand it makes perfect ******* sense!
A ramp comfortable enough to get cargo out of their 'cruising' depth would be unpleasantly long, now that I consider it.
And it's probably easier to use a lift to get a crippled vehicle or writeoff down to the servicing facility, if you want some story in your gameplay, I guess...and who doesn't like that?
<_< Also, looks right at home in some re-purposed abandoned mine.>_>
The gears do make sense. If you're going constructing tanks underground you need someway to roll them out to the surface from the assembly line.
sexeh
Do the chain/Wheels animate?
I love it, it's like a cross breed between something that cameout of the lord of the rings uruki structure a hole in the ground and a sh*t shack for the lulz XD
