Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Is it ever going to be possible for Felin Riflemen to use their AA missiles inside fortifications? I'd like to have a completely multipurpose bunker for once.

Well what can you expect from a country that still give its soldiers nothing more than a bolt-action rifle and a cheap cotton uniform?

Red Guards, because all those +40 million unmarried males have to go [die a pointless death] somewhere.

Description

In order to provide infantry forces with better protection during defensive operations, Fortifications can now be reinforced which increases their durability and renders their occupants immune to clearing hazards such as flames and toxin.
