Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
As of 1.85, the ECA R&D Compound will be given a new model with a smaller footprint for easier deployment in confined spaces. It's functionality remains unchanged and you can rest assured that the old model will not go to waste, as it will likely find some new use on a future mission map.
Yes, that R&D was too LARGE. But I will miss those trailers, attached to the main building.
Can't wait to see protocol-depending variants, especially the Venom-upgraded facility.

Yes, the facility still changes visually when you upgrade protocols.
