Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

In order to get some additional use out of the Chinese Supply Trucks in the later stages of a battle, the vehicles can now be used to transport up to six infantrymen.

Sure but these puts the already useless trucks into work again for even cheaper.
Also, they look cool.

I recall the Modern Warfare mod doing something similar with their Chinese supply trucks, but it didn't have the canvas covers over the back. So the ROTR team isn't the first to come up with it.
But I never really got why you couldn't do it in the first place in vanilla Generals/ZH.
Man this is a great idea for the Supply Truck. Perhaps a fire port for the infantry to fire considering that the truck is already s**t on armor?

These trucks are a great idea; not only are they now useful for ferrying troops, they are also perfect for set-up scenes, roleplays or other distractions I find myself getting into once I thoroughly trap the AI in their base...

Wow, you can set up an ambush-defense with this, assuming that the passengers at least survive when the truck gets destroyed. I mean, picture it: get to a supply dock in a strategic location first, make a supply, fill the trucks with infantry then wait until the enemies try to seize it. And when they do, BOOM, evacuate all the passengers.
Other than that, great idea. The only way this could be even better is if you can upgrade this to be a gun truck or something like the Ural.
