I forgot to turn merciless off in the dedicated.cfg. Add this to that file:
set sv_merciless "0"
Sorry for that. Was wondering why people ask me how to fix this. So I took a look at the cfg and I didn't turn the master merciless setting off. I just turned off some of the goodies. I like to thank the community not just moddb but the people on filefront and modsonline. If you have any mod related issue please vist my fourms, and if still stumped don't hesatate to PM me.
PS: This issue only applies to the uo 3x.
