Simply, makes the lostsoul a archvile, zombieman, and shotgunguy, will be archviles too, they all have a homing 1000 damage missile. The imp will be a tanky pain elemental. THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BRUTAL DOOM. Recommended to play with: Russian Overkill.
