why so many negatives? it does in some ways! thats not a bad thing though!
if you ask me, its comparable to the alien mech in district 9 ^^ and thats even better!
even though i did think the four legged cybran acu was an interesting idea, this turned out pretty damn cool.
cant wait to see the walking animation.
its pretty amazing how you managed to combine command and combat. this thing looks like it could handle enemy armies and bases all on its own!
WHAT?? but...but...but...i didnt even get to try out the new monkeylord! i wanna put some big gashes in the other commanders with this awesome axe-gun thing!
did you change the legs or are they the same as the last render? they look better now. also. i was wandering around and i found this. maybe you could take some parts off it. i like the tail idea. Johnbearross.blogspot.com
the dragon thing
when you said that revamp will have a new cybran ACU i was like "oh no why , i really like the supcom2 ACU" but with this masterpiece of 3D Art im absolutly sure that revamp will make everythink perfectly right!
i love this. i just have one question. in the original game the cybran ACU was battle oriented. and with the upgrades it was in Supcom2. will it still be as battle oriented as it was?
This is amazing. But I have to agree with Ahrimansiah, it needs a big gun. Also, seeing as how the Cybran ACU is known to be god-like, I believe that the late-game Cybran ACU should be the most powerful and offensive unit in the game, or at least one of them. To give an example, at the cost of lets say economic upgrades and passive abilities like movement speed buffs and production enhancements, the late-game Cybran ACU should be capable of housing multiple nano-based weapons, a microwave laser like in SC/FA, several AA weapons, a personal shield projector, torpedo tubes, TMD, artillery, a POSSIBLE tactical nuke/EMP launcher, and lots of visual armor upgrades. However, with all this power there must be a weakness, right? Of course there is! I... just can't think of one. But to start, removing the Cybran ACU's ability to Core Dump would be good, because of how unnecessary it would be, I mean with such power who'd keep it locked up in their base! It would also increase its destructive power.
Shake that ***.
me want big gun on his hand or shoulder :P
DAAAAAYYYUUUUUUUMMMM!!!!!
DAAAAAAAIAAAAAMNNNNNN ! ;)
it looks like a transformer ...

And we get to pilot that monster?!
Hell. Yes.
As UEF guy I will take greate pleasure in killing this pice of art :)
I never thought that a bringer of death and destruction could look so awesome.
I personally still like the first Cybran command unit, maybe you could make it a more sciency kind of bot.
Pretty darn mind blowing when you view original.
THAT IS AWESOME!!
you know it should mencae with spikes and spiky things...
*Alright, let's pack up and leave. Fight's over boys.

ok, it is NOT supreme commander,
but it's definitely cool!
also nice rendering ; )
ever thought about adding some ambient occlusion?
It has AO...
Ignore the naysayers guys, you did an amazing job on this thing and it deserves to be the new Cybran ACU.
That's freakin amazing! It looks like a Transformer haha :D

I was in the process of modelling the Cybran SACU, and it had a tail :)
oh yes the sacu! maybe it could have four legs! a tail sounds good too.
no no no no no no.... NO
no to the tail or four legs? i can understand the tail being a little too animalistic but cybrans are always happy with more than two legs.
The ACU's have always been bipeds, this is something that should not change.
good joob
He is fantastic!!! I've already put this beautiful on my desktop!

yes its still a boss on the battlefield ;)
I want this baby now! :(
I want one for christmas!!
Woah, the Cybran ACU looks great! It really looks awesome and I would much rather be piloting this baby than the one in SupCom 2 vanilla. Good work!
