this ones are a good (and expensive and for some folks exaggerated)acquisition for the umbrella company, used in rare occasions by U.B.C.S hired mercenary's and most commonly used by umbrella U.S.S "private ground army" division ,this war machines cost much less money than some people think they should by sell by united states government umbrella have them in case "the worst happens" or "the worst happens to the whole world" if you know what i mean or to hunt down a rebel tyrant
