the racoon SWAT or S.P.F! depends of the situation and moment ,the replacement of the S.T.A.R.S team, police modernized forces coming to live in racoon city and can´t predict the city gonna have a dawn of the dead's! or the chief irons make them die on purpose to make the city burn, they even had a police enforcer BTR in the remake and they can´t handle the zombie! hope see "regular s.t.a.r.s officers " like ones from resident evil apocalypse,they are the best of that movie,like the cowboy redneck sniper!
