Mask generator for Resident Evil 3 HD mod. Usage: Upscale (1280x960 only!!!) the entire contents of the "dump\bgd320\" and "dump\bgd640\". Put the result in "hires\bgd\". Run the tool. The result will be in "hires\mask0\" and "hires\mask1\". v20220731 changes: added all other lo-res source files.
