This is a CS2D modification going on in Raccoon City, you will have experiences as if it were Resident Evil: Outbreak and other Resident Evils that happen in Raccoon City. Mod will have 3 campaigns: Arklay County, The Urban Chaos, and Umbrella Secret Lab. And 2 Minigames: 4th Survivor Mercenaries. This mod will add new sprites of weapons, characters, and new NPCs.
