This UI patch has a bug:
when using this patch with complete 2009, the sleeping bag's icon doesn't shown at all.

The problem is that he included the icons file which isn't needed. You can need to replace the ui_icons_equipment.dds file that is in the textures\ui folder with the one that comes from the Repair Kits Revamped mod itself. That will fix your problem.
