Description
No he is not Kal-EL's cousin!! He is A surviving Kryptonian who fled to a neighboring planet when Krypton exploded. Anyways actually i guess he is a descendant of a Kryptonian, because he is allergic to lead as well as kryptonite, unlike Superman. I dont know the whole story on him, but I know that Superman put him in the Phantom Zone because he got lead poisoning. The Legion of Superheroes found him, curied him, and he fights alongside them in the future. He is good by the way.
