Second version of RoAR mod brings entirely new level of detail and historical accuracy to ETW!
Note: the content of this mod is not free-source and should not be used in other mods without my express permission.
Second public release covering British and Continental regiments and units: 6 cavalry units( inc.2 general's bodyguard), 42 infantry units, 1 artillery (6 lb gun) per faction.
Note that the mod is not optimized to be compatible with other mods and not fully integrated into campaign.
Installation instructions:
1. Download and unzip the files;
2. Copy the *.pack file to your Empire data folder located in:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war\data
Use the last version of the Mod Manager or edit the user.empire_script.txt in this folder:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts

Is it compatible with the road to independence campaign?
Mod is not integrated and compatibility with the campaign is not tested.
You forget the french.... It's too bad they help the USA army and give to them many troops...
The French will not be forgotten.
They are planned for the next update :)
a french regiment you should consider is the saint Dominique regiment that fought in the siege of savannah and are remembered with statues there. i hear one of the drummers played a role in the Haitian revolution,

This mod should work on the grand campaign right?
It will work, yes, but it's not ballanced to play against vanilla units. It's meant to be played with custom British and US untis in custom battles for now.
I will be working on a custom campaign though
would all the units be available on the campaign? i tried it out and it seems like only 2 units i can really use
I plan on reworking the roster again and they will have more units for the campaign. The current version focuses on custom battles ONLY!
Any news on these units being made available in campaign? Love them brings empire back to life!

What Mod Manager, this is the first mod I try to get working on ETW and I got no clue how to make it work.

Nevermind, now ETW crashes when I try and run it.
Make sure you've installed the mod correctly. Follow the instructions:www.moddb.com/mods/regiments-of-american-revolution/videos/tutorial-installation-instruction-v1
If that doesn't help, check ETW game cache integrity (if you are on Steam) and if the problem persists, reinstall the game and mod. It usually works.

Do you mean compatible with the singleplayer campaign? If so, custom campaign is already in development ;)

Hi HighOnTea!! Its incredible what you have done here. I hate to complain but there is a little problem that i have with the mod. It works right but there is a space between the units, i mean when you select more than one and make a line, a big space is between them...im shure its a problem of my game...can you help me?? Thank you and your work is amaizing.

i'm having trouble some units aren't showing up
All units should show up in custom battles. In campaign, however, only few, as I made V2 units fit for custom/multiplayer battles only. V3 will be more campaign friendly.
Can you help me? When I install the mode I do everything correctly, but when I open the game the cavalry disappears! Even in custom battles. Can you tell me why?
Cavalry is in a separate pack file. Ensure that you include it in the user script or enable it in mod manager.

Im making a mod using the skins with this mod to reskin the vanilla units and make them usable in any battle and campaign Also with better general and army campaign units.
Ill give full credit to HighonTea for the units!

What I mean by better army and general campaign units is the units on the campaign maps.
