Double click "reg.reg" file from archive to add "Allow Local Files" "1" to registry
or add it manually:
open Start, type regedit, go to - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III
add new DWORD - Allow Local Files , double click it, change value to 1.
