This mod is intended to make Red Alert more realistic, more balanced, more dynamic and more fun. It is a edit of the "rules.ini" file located in the installation folder. **It contains; 1-Auto heal mechanics. 2-Better pricing, range and hit points. 3-Units now move at similar speeds and group better. 4-Game-play is faster. 5-AI is more reactive. 6-Soviet and Allied units are more balanced (eg. Soviets have access to pillbox and gunboat). This mod aims to highlight the brilliance of this RTS classic with features and game-play more akin to modern RTS games without compromising the original game. Both campaigns are still fully playable and satisfying. You might be surprised how intense skirmishes can get, and how quickly you can assemble a mighty fighting force (which you'll need to survive). With this mod, micromanagement has been curtailed, and strategy is king. The original Red Alert is back with a vengeance!
