The Obelisk is one of the greatest developments they introduced for Yuri's Army. Essentially a fixed emplacement of the Dissintegrator Lasers armed on Yuri's Floating Disks & Motherships. The Obelisk is one of the most fearsome Defenses ever encountered. Rumored to even surpass the Soviet's Tesla Coil in firepower as well as having a longer range. However key flaws were discovered by both Allied & Soviet intelligence as the Obelisk required much more power & had a longer recharge rate.
Every RTS game needs an overpowered obelisk that shoots lasers... NO EXCEPTIONS

I've tweaked the Building a bit. Mostly removing its "Balls" to make it look less of an evil ***** of Doom and I've made it so its Yuri's Equivalent to a Advanced Anti-Ground Defense. (Soviet Tesla Coils can be overcharged to provide EMP Effect & increased Damage, Prism Towers can perform their iconic assist beams, While in the Obelisk's Case its just Pure Damage at a cost of a slower ROF)
This is literally an Obelisk of Enlightment. Because when you ge hit by its lasers, you'll get ENLIGHTENED! XD
