The V3 Launcher is a Ballistic Rocket Launcher System developed from the previous V2 Rocket. V3 Launchers can fire off their rockets more quickly than the more cumbersome SCUD Launchers but in exchange have barely any armor to support the weight of the rockets they carry. While considered outdated the V3 Launcher fulfills its duties within the Soviet Army.
