James Nicholas Parker was one of few soldiers drafted into the Commando Division rising through the ranks and one of the few to pass the course with almost perfect marks. Nicholas came to be known as "Havoc" as his infamy in the battlefield grew. Currently assigned to GDI he hasn't fared well with the Superiors for his brash attitude and lack of respect for his commanders but when you need somebody to get the job done he can be counted on. Armed with an experimental Power Armor Havoc can take alot of punishment on the battlefield. Aside from this GDI has given Havoc access to his own experimental Combat Walker that is interfaced directly to his Power Armor making him the only person able to ride it. While in the Walker his combat effectiveness as it allows him further protection as well as further enhancing his own weapons. A personal Anti-Infantry Rifle & High-Explosive Rocket Pods.
