Operation Vietnam is about the Vietnam army discovering that the soviets have constructed a time machine and some of there leaders persuade Premier Chedenko to "lend" the time machine and troops so they can stop the americans from taking over vietnam but allies found this out and realised that they must go back and help the americans to stop the space-time continuim being changed the allies act fast and construct their own time machine. well you see the vietnamese amy arent rich enough to build huge mcv's it cant rund over any tanks and Heavy Tanks can run it over
