Just Rules aims at increasing the strategic options in RA3. It includes things like a more balanced upgrade system, revised protocols and build limits on each unit design to discourage spamming and encourage diverse unit formations and strategies.

Needed to post something not related to scaling lol
With the other factions producing dedicated aircraft from the vehicle production buildings; why not the empire?
Well, the empire of a generic, portable, any branch of service without any special deployment so to speak, but the airfield is theoretically much space:))) But really, why not:) if still generally more aircraft appeared at airfields of the USSR, bombers and assault, the same for the empire ... and what is the sea appeared, it would be super !:))) Sam more the better !!:)))
Maybe the empire can have a combat air transport?

Dedicated aircraft for jap seems rather stale to me. Not like idea.
It does seem kind of plain (plane lol). That is way I like the transport idea. It gives it a meaning for being plain.
Somehow, the skin fits. I like it.
