Updated Steel Ronin blade at heroic veterancy image - Red Alert 3 Enhanced Vanilla mod for C&C: Red Alert 3

This mod tries to add new features, improvements, and fix the majority of visual bugs that EA has left (primarily involving veterancy effects) into the game while keeping the gameplay and feel as close to the original as possible, hence the name "Enhanced Vanilla". This is my first RA3 mod.
