Looks like the exact same as Generals.
Except for the Chrono Tank, yes.
You'll see that some subfactions are loosely inspired by other CnC factions, for exemple the USA is inspired from Generals, as does China. The European Union is mostly inspired from late tech GDI from TS and CNC3.
I know right. The Chrono Tank is actually from the original Red Alert.
And also the Pacific Shogunite is inspired by the Empire of the Rising Sun from RA3.
Well, the Pacific Shogunate is very, very, very loosely inspired from RA3's Empire of the Rising Sun, but I see what you mean.
