Welcome to Red Alert 20XX. The aim of this mod is to pay tribute to old Command & Conquer games, while giving YR a fresh feel in a brand new cold war context.

Description

Just to show you guys that I'm still working, albeit slowly, on the next patch, here's something I've been cooking behind the scenes.

Since the Shagohod is now a superheavy tank class, and that I plan on giving the Tunguska to every Soviet subfaction, the Eastern Republic will have a new Mammoth Tank replacement in 1.0.2. Meet the Grasshopper "flying Mammoth" Siege Helicopter. It fits the ER's siege/area denial theme quite perfectly, all while looking good (thank to Crazy Bird/Creator for the voxel).

The animation is done by myself, with the invaluable help - and patience - of Nolt. The lightning is not quite done yet, but I was too eager to show it publicly after so much time invested into it.
