New Horizons is a mod made in tribute to the classic real time strategy game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge, originally made by Westwood Studios. A short video from a part of the 1st New Horizons campaign mission; specifically the part where the player is handed over control of, and tasked with the defence of a small base, which is then imminently attacked from multiple fronts. As shown, dozens of enemy troops arrive via multiple transports, including trucks, and M113 APC's. The assault is backed by M1A2 Abrams tanks, as well as F-16 jets. Your base defences are fairly modest, with a few flak cannons and machinegun turrets, however you do have an infantry barracks and a TOS-1A Multiple Rocket Launch System, and a couple of Su-35's are dispatched to intercept the F-16's on your behalf.
Im currently playing this campaign and at a start its so freightening and hold breathi breathing experience..
That isn't by any chance because of my placeholder intro video of peaceful wildlife footage, that lulls the player into a false sense of security? ;)

Oh much is planned,takes a lot of time though. I'm currently uploading Version 8.A, which has many various improvements, some I've been very much looking forward to doing!
