Description

Yuri Psychic Beacon (new building) - use Super Multiple mind control which can control any unit (ground/naval/aircrafts/rocketeers) with in radius large enough to cover player's base.
Requires Psychic Dominator

Soviets build (old soviet version of Psychic Beacon) with the same functionalities as above, but to be able to build it, requires stolen Yuri tech, and already built Nuclear Missile Silo.
