Year 200X. An incident occurred in Black Mesa Research Facility. Various alien creatures got out from their home dimension and attacked the lab’s personnel. Hazardous Environment Combat Unit soldiers were dispatched to save the facility and stop the invasion. Mission was successful. All portals were closed and the aliens were killed.
Year 201X. Hazardous Environment Combat Unit, former part of the United States Marine Corps, turned into a private army. It’s main objective is to track and destroy all alien-like activity all around the world. Anyone skilled enough can join it, it is no longer important to be a soldier or a citizen of the U.S. They were to be called as mercenaries.
Year 202X, Present. A group of aliens broke out from their cells on a cargo ship called “ConnectoR”. The ship is property of notorious Black Mesa Research Facility. A squad of H.E.C.U. Mercenaries was sent to stable the situation on the ship. You are playing as one of those mercs. This mission will be really easy, won’t it?
Yes, I’ve created an alternative universe for this mod. Portal has one (or if i’m not mistaken even 33), so why can’t Half-Life have one? I hope that previous parts of the plot explained H.E.C.U. theme. Enjoy this little and absurd mod! “ALL CREDITS GOES TO THEIR ORIGINAL AUTHORS”
Hey everyone! I've started this mod a year ago and decided to show a small part of this mod's map content. You know what they say: "Slow but steady" We are trying to make every map, every model, every texture as detailed and finished as we can... Note that these elements are not WIP and you are looking at the actual content.
