The story of Rebellion starts where the Vengeance one ended. You have won the battle over Gargantua but this last one had leave you in such a shape that even your mother would not recognize you. You have lost all of your weapons during the battle and you're are severely wounded. Nevertheless, some scientists who kept themselves away during your last fight are coming to give you first aid... They don't have the time to help you. A marines platoon arriving begins to shoot them down and one of the grunts puts a highly explosive satchel charge a few meters from you that cause the ground to collapse when exploding.

doesn't work...sorry!
Its the only mod for Half-Life that doesn't work with the latest version. You need to have half-life 1.0.1.6 ... not newer or older.
You can play this mod using new HL versions, but without some of modified features (new mp5 will be unavaliable, chaingun will be replaced with hornet gun, sniper rifle will be replaced with crossbow, magnum will lose zoom feature). To try it, you should open liblist.gam (in "rebellion" folder) and replace
gamedll "dlls\rebellion.dll"
with
gamedll "..\valve\dlls\hl.dll"
Have fun!
This mod needs a major fix in order to work with the latest HL version.
I used winRAR to extract "rebellion.zip" and when I tried to open SETUP.EXE, a dialog box appeared and it said, "The parameter is incorrect". Does anybody know the solution?
