Dow-Host: Red Phoenix Rising is a total conversion of CNC zerohour. The mod aims to deliver a more realistic battlefield experience. Also, this mod will transform Zerohour to a more demanding strategy game while keeping some arcade touches to make the game enjoyable. The following playable factions will be included: USA, Russia, China, EU, and the GLA

Picture in the final link shows a government building which can be captured to gain money. It has the ray of god effect above it which was taken from Vietnam glory obscured mod for testing purposes.

If it is not unable, Id like to help you put in some details :) I have been experienced World builder for a while.
That's great! If you can help complete it, I can allocate more time for coding / modeling and finish the mod faster. This is my first map, I have no experience with worldbuilder before. Only some with scripting. So feel free to shape it the way you want. I just have to tell you some of our standards for mapping.
