Updated for 1.2.1 with some changes to weapons, ship combat speed and bug fixes.
EDIT: Sorry guys, accidentally had the sci ship as a military ship. Fixed now.
EDIT2: Also fixed the colony ship :/ Modding at 5am has its downsides...
Bug fixes:
Colony ship armed modules should be fixed.
Mining/research stations starting costs should be back to original.
Constructor/Sci ships starting costs should be 100 now.
Hull Regen Tissue (L) fixed to 8% instead of 80%.
Changes:
Ship combat speeds are now slightly faster than their normal travel speeds. Why would they slow down for combat? (Now with epic chase scenes)
Mining laser is now a pulse laser that is short ranged and does lots of damage but next to useless against shields. Don't take on mining drones without shields! They also add a bit of accuracy (think of it as a targeting laser [experimental]).
Some tweaks to mass drivers and autocannons.
Changed back core planets and leader caps back to original.
Increased fleet cap per pop/spaceport lvl greatly. Tall empires should be easier now.
